My Approach
I partner with you to help you achieve a healthy and balanced personal life and relationships. As a mental health counselor, I’m deeply committed to walking alongside you—helping you explore, heal, and move forward.
I believe that change and growth are possible for everyone. I aim to provide space for you to gain insight and create new ways of being. I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. My approach to counseling is integrative—client-centered, relational, experiential, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic. I also implement principles from acceptance and commitment therapy, strength-based approaches, positive psychotherapy, and the Townsend model. My work is collaborative—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my responsibility is to assist you in realizing your own values and goals.
